ABOUT
Founder and head technician of Way Cool Heating and Air, Milo Way, began his journey in 2015 while working for a local Heating and cooling company. Soon after, Milo moved to Arizona to attend Refrigeration School Inc. where he graduated in 2017 with a Diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technologies. Shortly after, he was hired and quickly moved up in rack at one of the country's largest commercial HVAC companies, Coolsys Inc., where he strengthened the many skills he acquired over the past 5 years.
In 2022, Milo quit Coolsys Inc. to pursue a lifelong dream of developing his own business. This was the genesis of Way Cool Heating and Air. As Milo continues to build from a strong foundation of nurturing past relationships, building new clients, and developing an online presence; Way Cool Heating and Air has only just begun its pursuit of becoming one of the biggest names in the HVAC industry in Southern California.
